A few thoughts after the broadcast….

If you saw the broadcast of  “Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup” on Colorado Public Television Channel 12, you may be feeling a variety of things–from curiosity to depression to anger or fear.  This is normal.  If our government was involved in sponsoring the events of 9/11 in any way, the implications of this are truly horrific for our country.  This is a very difficult subject for all of us.  Recognizing this, we’d like to offer a few thoughts.

If you are upset with those questioning the official account of 9/11 ….

Please take a moment to ask yourself who you are upset with and why.  Go to patriotsquestion911.com and look at the many prominent individuals from academia, science, the military, the arts and many other professions who are asking serious questions about 9/11.   They are intelligent, concerned, civic-minded people who love this country, just like you.  These questions probably won’t go away until they are addressed more fully.  Please don’t let this issue divide us and make us enemies.  We are working together for the common good.  It is time to truly enter the era of transparency and have a real and honest investigation into this critical matter.  What is the harm in investigating this more fully?

Read any of the eleven books by David Ray Griffin on this subject.  A number of them are in stock now at The Tattered Cover bookstore.   (Colorado’s leading independent bookseller).  There is a reason why David Ray Griffin has been called “the dean of the 9/11 Truth movement.”  He is a passionately clear writer and thinker who has done a great service in clarifying the real questions that must be answered.

If you haven’t seen the landmark video 9/11 Press for Truth, we strongly encourage you to see this documentary.  It shows the history of how the 9/11 Truth movement started, with the family members who lost loved ones on 9/11.  They successfully brought pressure on the Bush administration to create the 9/11 Commission investigation.  It also shows how betrayed they felt with the outcome of the Commission, which failed to answer 70% of the questions they submitted to the Commission at the outset.  You can view this film online here.

What can I do?

Often, people feel powerless in the face of this information.  However, many wonderful changes in our world have been the result of committed, sincere individuals and groups. Everyone has something of value to offer.  The key here is to GET INVOLVED.

The possibilities are many:

Talk to friends, give them DVDs or books and ask them for their opinion, have video-potluck gatherings, sign up for our (very few) email announcements.  Send our announcements to your friends.  Call your elected officials and let them know you think this issue is important and should be re-investigated.

Contact us.  We offer multi-media presentations.  We have monthly educational meetings in Denver  where you can talk with others who are active with various educational projects.

Lastly, thank you for your civility, your respect, your curiosity, and your tolerance of diverse opinions as we work together toward a resolution of the many unanswered questions of 9/11!
