Denver, Boulder, and Grand Junction Monthly Meetings: “The Toronto Hearings” featuring Barbara Honneger, Jonathan Cole, and David Ray Griffin – May 2012

This month Colorado 9/11 Visibility will present four presentations from the DVD, The Toronto Hearings on 9/11: Uncovering Ten Years of Deception, presented by Press for Truth and The International Center for 9/11 Studies.

We encourage you to purchase this six-hour DVD for many informative presentations at this historic, international event.

Descriptions:

The Toronto Hearings were held on the 10th Anniversary of the attacks of 9/11. The question remains, “Who was really responsible for these attacks and the events on and surrounding this infamous day?” One thing is certain: there is strong evidence from many quarters, including the 9/11 Commission, that the official story is simply false.

On September 8 – 11, 2011, experts and scientists from around the world gathered in Toronto, Canada, to present both new and established evidence that questions the official story of 9/11. This evidence was presented to a distinguished panel of experts over a four-day period.

Through their analyses and scientific investigations, these experts and scientists hope to spark a new investigation into the attacks of September 11, 2001.

Day 1: Introduction to the Hearings (23 minutes) – The moderators introduce the distinguished panelists Ferdinando Imposimato, Honorary President of the Supreme Court of Italy; Herbert Jenkins, Professor Emeritus of Psychology at McMaster University (Canada); David Johnson, Professor Emeritus of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Tennessee and past president of the Fullbright Association of the US; and Richard B. Lee, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Anthropology at the University of Toronto and President of the Canadian Anthropological Society and Canadian Ethnology Society. For more information on these panelists: http://torontohearings.org/panelists/

The purpose: After hearing the evidence, the panelists will reconvene and make a decision on which aspects, if any, deserve further investigation by governments with subpoena and political power. The panelists will publish a final report setting forth a recitation of the evidence and presenting conclusions regarding the strengths of the evidence and recommendations on how to proceed.

Day 2: Eyewitnesses and Evidence of Explosions at the Pentagon, by Barbara Honneger (13 minutes) – As the title aptly describes, there is much eyewitness and physical evidence for explosives having been used at the Pentagon.

Day 3: The Official Account and the Experimental Method, by Jonathan Cole, PE (23 minutes) – The cornerstone of the scientific method is that our theories must match what we observe. The strongest arguments (and the most well financed by invested interests!) prove nothing as long as conclusions are not verified by experimental observations. Mr. Cole addresses the NOVA program, Why the Towers Fell, and the history of FEMA’s and NIST’s various theories of the collapse of the Twin Towers. Then he challenges the National Geographic Channel (NGC) experts’ conclusions with videos of his experiments, answering the question (asked in a cynical tone) by the NGC experts: “Can thermite of any type burn through steel beams?” This is not to be missed! (If you cannot join us, here is his video on YouTube.)

Day 4: Anomalies of Flights 77 and 93, by David Ray Griffin (20 minutes) – Are the 9/11 Commission’s stories about these two flights believable? Using his inimitable step-by-step reasoning, Griffin shows us why they are not, making a complicated subject easy to grasp even for the beginner. Why did the 9/11 Commission give us conclusions about these two flights that flew in the face of strong evidence to the contrary?
